Freedom Stone+Pondscapes LLC is on the hunt for a motivated, hard‑working Hardscape Laborer to join our high‑performing team. We’re based in Peculiar, Missouri, and serve clients throughout Kansas City, Missouri & Northwest Arkansas.

This role is ideal for someone with previous hardscape experience, but we’re also open to fast learners who are eager to grow with us. We provide on‑the‑job training, excellent pay, and year‑round work with plenty of opportunities for advancement.

• Assist with installations of retaining walls, water features, and custom landscape projects.
• Operate compact equipment such as utility loaders and mini excavators.
• Run hand tools including cutoff saws and sledgehammers.
• Safely drive trucks and tow trailers (valid license required).Lift and transport up to 80 lbs consistently throughout the day.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions—rain, shine, heat, or cold.
• Follow foreman instructions precisely and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safety standards using provided gear (helmets, gloves, etc.).
• Bring a positive attitude to each site and contribute to a team‑oriented work culture.
• Collaborate directly with the company owner on operations and logistics.

• Previous verifiable experience in landscape hardscapes is required (not general construction or woodworking).
• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting 80+ lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license (Class E or higher).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Owns a working cellphone.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for projects outside the metro area.
• Able to take direction and eager to learn through hands‑on experience.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Full‑time, year‑round.
• Monday to Friday (some Saturdays required).
• 7:00 AM start time.
• 45‑50 hours/week, with overtime as needed.
