We are seeking a highly experienced and professional multi-skilled craftsman to join our team in the St. Louis area. This role is ideal for someone with deep hands‑on expertise across residential construction trades who takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship. We handle a wide variety of interior and exterior projects—including carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, light plumbing/electrical, siding, windows, doors, trim, and gutters.

The right candidate will bring at least 10 years of proven residential construction experience and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Steady, year‑round work (40 hrs/week, no weekends)
• Company vehicle provided after 90 days

• Perform a broad range of residential repairs, upgrades, and remodeling tasks

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction trades
• Must provide own tools (specialty equipment provided)
• Proficiency with email and mobile communication
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check
• Reside in the St. Louis Metro area

• On‑site residential projects across the St. Louis area
• Bi‑monthly meetings at the Wentzville office
• Monday‑Friday schedule
