Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Jonesburg, MO

Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and remodeling. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety protocols and project deadlines.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and layout for projects.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to project requirements.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Install frameworks, including doors, windows, scaffolding, and molding.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework, flooring, and roof systems.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment consistent with OSHA standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and helpers when required.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using various hand and power tools.
• Excellent physical stamina and dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
