Brookshire Construction is seeking experienced and reliable Trim Carpenters to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO area.

Hourly rate: $25.00-$35.00/hr. depending on experience

Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO

• Able to read blueprints and ensure project accuracy.
• Install trim, cabinets, and finish stairs and railings according to project specifications.
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications and blueprints.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.

• Safety and production driven.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
• Prior carpentry experience with finishing cabinetry, baseboards, and framing.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
