Crowder Construction, Inc. has been in business for 44 years and is seeking to add to our list of professionals. We are looking for experienced hardscape crew leaders and right hand men. Compensation is based upon experience.

• Competent in all areas of retaining wall construction, decorative paving installation, and drainage systems.
• Demonstrate management and people skills to maximize crew production.
• Demonstrate customer relationship skills and experience.
• Problem solve, organize job sites, and interact with inspectors and the general public.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on job sites.

• Experience in hardscape construction and leadership roles.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew, customers, inspectors, and the public.
