• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs, and recommend the most efficient and innovative solution.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services for their pest management program.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required—training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside their businesses or homes.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
