Accutherm Refrigeration is a technology-driven commercial refrigeration company focused on the unique industry of Supermarket/Grocery Refrigeration. Approximately 90% of our employees are in the field working at customer sites as part of our Service or Construction departments. The remainder of our employees make up our in-house administrative team, which complements our field employees through support services and management. Accutherm is currently seeking individuals to grow our Southern California Service Department.

• Must have a 2-year college/trade school certification or near completion.
• EPA Universal certification
• Proficient with electrical/electronic controls
• Ability to work flexible hours & willing to be on-call
• Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills
• Motivated, reliable self-starter with ability to work independently or on a team
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Clean driving record

• Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment
• On-call shifts include after hours, weekends and holidays
• Dispatched from home in a company vehicle directly to the customer site
