Lead Restoration Technician

TLC Drain, Sewer, and Water Cleanup is currently seeking a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in providing restoration services to our customers. You will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, assessing damages, and implementing restoration procedures to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

• Respond to emergency calls and assess damages caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
• Develop and implement restoration plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
• Coordinate and supervise restoration crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress of restoration projects and provide regular updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of restoration activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from customers.

• IICRC Certified
• Proven experience in restoration services, with a focus on water, fire, mold, or similar disasters.
• Strong knowledge of restoration procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to assess damages and develop restoration plans.
• Experience in project management and supervision of restoration crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
