We provide residential and commercial pest control services, including monthly pest control and specialized gopher control. Our focus is on safe, effective pest control, outstanding customer service, technology, and environmental responsibility.

• Active California pest control certification or license preferred.
• California Field Representative Branch 2 (FR-2) license preferred.
• Experience providing residential and/or commercial pest control services preferred.
• Valid California driver's license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, handheld devices, and related technology.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Availability for a flexible schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Occasional weekend work opportunities.
• If not already licensed, ability to obtain a structural pest control license within 90 days of hire.

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll serve as an important connection between Corky’s and our customers. You'll travel to residential and commercial properties, identify pest issues, perform treatments, and provide recommendations that help prevent future problems.

• Provide exceptional customer service at every appointment.
• Respond to customer needs professionally and promptly.
• Inspect homes and businesses for structural, sanitation, and pest-related issues.
• Assess pest problems and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform pest control services using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and recommended solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain and manage an assigned service route.
• Drive a company vehicle safely to customer locations.
• Use handheld technology to document services, inspections, and customer information.
• Read, understand, and follow product labels and SDS documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect, maintain, and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain the cleanliness and working condition of the assigned company vehicle.
• Stay current on company products, services, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Establish effective working relationships with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and office personnel.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
• Constantly look for the best solutions for our customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This position requires regular physical activity, including:
  Safely moving throughout customer homes, businesses, and other properties.
• Ascending and descending stairs and ladders.
• Working in tight, confined, or difficult-to-reach areas.
• Safely moving items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
