Skilled trades are in demand, and they pay! The Apprentice Water Heater Installer is an entry-level, learn-the-trade role. The Apprentice works alongside a Senior Water Heater Technician every day, serving as the team’s driver and installation helper while building the hands-on skills needed to install water heaters independently. No prior plumbing experience is required. Castleworks provides the training, the tools, and a company work van.

Help remove and install water heaters, learning hands-on every dayKeep the van stocked and organized, and leave every home spotlessWHAT YOU NEEDA valid California driver’s license in good standing, pursuant to company policy.

Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment; move water heaters weighing well over 100 lbs using dollies and team-lift methods.

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods throughout the workday.

Work in tight spaces such as garages, closets, attics, and crawl spaces.

Work outdoors and in varied temperatures and weather conditions.

Use required personal protective equipment.

Spend significant portions of the day driving between job sites.
