Ann, MO. Starting pay range is $24.37–$30.47 per hour with 40 hours per week and overtime potential; bonuses up to $800 per quarter and several annual incentives are offered. Responsibilities include maintaining hotel facilities, performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and more, plus safety program implementation, recordkeeping, and team training.
