Roofers and Waterproofers ensure our buildings – from skyscrapers to basements to garages – are dry no matter the weather.
Tasks include the installation of roofing and waterproofing systems and products, including thermoplastics (TPO & PVC), EPDM (Rubber), modified bitumen, air and vapor barriers, green or garden roofs, slate, ceramic tile, composition shingles, hot tar, and liquid-applied roofing and waterproofing systems
Roofers and Waterproofers must work in all types of weather and heights, and pursue continuing education as innovations continue to change and shape the industry.
Apprentice wages range from $22.88-$37.44.
Journey level wage is $41.60.
- Driver’s license
- Resident of Missouri, Illinois or Green card status
- Copy of high school transcripts
- Letter of intent from the signatory contractor
- Letter of recommendation (3)
