About Us
Endeavor Electric is a Kansas City electrical contractor building commercial and multifamily projects. We’re looking for experienced foremen who can run crews, keep jobs on schedule and on budget, and set the standard for quality and safety in the field.

What You’ll Do
- Lead crews of journeymen and apprentices on commercial and multifamily projects
- Plan daily and weekly work, assign tasks, and manage manpower to hit schedule
- Read and interpret drawings, specs, submittals, and RFIs; lay out work in the field
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Order and track material; manage tools and equipment on site
- Track labor hours and production against the estimate; flag overruns early
- Document changes, extra work, and field conditions for change orders
- Complete daily reports, timesheets, and job documentation
- Run toolbox talks and enforce safety on every job
- Inspect work for quality and code compliance; coordinate inspections
- Train and mentor journeymen and apprentices
What You Bring
- 8+ years of Electrical experience, with 2+ years leading crews
- Strong print reading, layout, and NEC knowledge
- Proven ability to manage schedule, labor, and material on projects
- OSHA 10 required
- Clear communicator with GCs, inspectors, and your own crew
- Comfortable with tablets and field software [Procore, Bluebeam, etc.]
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Drug Test
