At Throttle & Thrive, we provide focused, trauma-informed care to First Responders and Veterans in our inpatient detox and residential treatment program. We're looking for a dedicated and driven Lead BHT to take the lead in daily operations including managing the BHTs, compliance, facilities maintenance and more. • Manage and train the Behavioral Health Technicians
• Oversee all compliance and regulatory items to ensure the standards are met
• Ensuring the facility runs on time for all program items.
• Document all necessary items in Kipu
• Other duties include : medication pass, taking vitals, CIWAS / COWS, computer work, group notes documentation, group facilitation, transportation, food ordering and food management, facility maintenance, vehicle inspections and more.
• You need to have a good understanding of how to use a computer and various software systems (Microsoft Office, Email and various online platforms)
• Complete all related documentation in Kipu EMR, onsite and within required timelines
• Respond to clinical crises and client needs with professionalism and therapeutic integrity
• Collaborate with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and clinical leadership, to support client progress

• Holds active RADT or CADC
• Has prior BHT and Management experience, ideally in a residential or substance use treatment setting
• Is skilled at balancing clinical care, documentation, and teamwork
• Feels comfortable managing others, overseeing vehicle maintenance
• Understands the unique experiences and emotional needs of First Responders and Veterans
• Has strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Brings a positive, collaborative attitude and isn't afraid of working hard
