our video on a day in the life of a dsp! individuals to reach their full life potentialmaintain quality of life with dignity and respectassist individuals with activities of daily living (adl's) and provide total care supportsencourage independence to the individual's capacityserve as a positive role model to promote appropriate adult behaviorprovide accurate documentationadhere and implement individual support plansassure a safe, clean home environment upholding accreditation standards and regulationsteam-player who can also work independently maintain attendance according to the policy of the agency and position schedule and work location:evening shift 2:45 p.m. To 11:15 p.m.
* required to work everymapavillequalifications:high school diploma or gedinterpersonal communication skillsability to follow oral and written directions and problem solveability to evacuate individuals served in the event of a fire, natural disaster, or another emergency must be able to perform cpr and crisis intervention techniques, paid training provided.light computer skills to include data entry and word processingability to lift/push/pull up to 50 poundsability to stand and walk for extended periods of timeability to be flexible to provide the needs of the individuals servedlearn more about what it's like to be a member of the pony bird team ybird.org/newspony
