Blee is building the agentic compliance layer for the enterprise. Making it safe to deploy AI for any business task. We built the first end-to-end platform that allows Fortune 500 companies to review and approve compliance checks at the source of business activities.

We are taking workflows that typically run on Slack, emails, and spreadsheets and building AI‑first software to make it easier for enterprises to meet governance requirements and regulations. We are a diverse, early‑stage team with expertise from Adobe, Chime, Pay Pal, AWS and Harvard Law.

• Help design and build Blee’s AI‑driven compliance tools from the ground up!
• Own end‑to‑end development and deployment of business‑critical features, including (but not limited to) database design, front‑end development, API integrations, security, monitoring, and alerting
• Own the design, development, and iteration of Blee's user‑facing platform, ensuring a high‑quality, bug‑free user experience.
• Work directly with customers to understand and solve their needs, gathering feedback to rapidly iterate on the product, deploying into enterprise environments.
• Identify and drive project deliverables
  , collaborating with the wider engineering team (including backend and AI) to integrate powerful compliance features.
• Develop and maintain a robust component library and front‑end architecture to ensure scalability and engineering efficiency.
• Consume and help define APIs that connect the front‑end to Blee's sophisticated AI and backend services.
• Continuously enhance your skills and share your expertise to improve Blee's engineering standards

• 3+ years of experience designing and building, and shipping software applications to external and internal users
• A problem solver with a passion for improving engineering efficiency
• Enjoy being a generalist working on the front‑end, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally
• Experience building customer‑facing enterprise applications
• Proven ability to stitch together many different services and processes even if you have not worked with them before
• A team player who takes ownership and has a long‑term mindset
