We’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer (Swift

UI) to join our innovative mobile engineering team in Irvine, CA. In this role, you’ll help shape the next generation of the  iOS app, designing and building brand‑new features that enhance how renters discover, tour, and connect with properties. Your work will directly impact millions of users and play a central role in advancing our mobile platform strategy. As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead the development of modern, scalable iOS applications using Swift, Swift

UI, Combine, and the latest Apple frameworks. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create beautiful, performant, and intuitive experiences that bring our vision of seamless real estate discovery to life.

• Develop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of users.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and development practices.
• Work with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web services.
• Design and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainable.
• Understand CoStar’s product architecture and frameworks and bring ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with different teams along with other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person college/university.
• 5+ years’ experience in developing iOS applications.
• Expertise in Objective‑C, Swift
  
  UI/Swift, Cocoa Framework, XCode IDE, Interface Builder, and a strong interest in learning and sharing skills.
• Knowledge of common object‑oriented programming and design patterns, MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection, and more.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.

• A love for mobile applications and a desire to make them engaging.
• A deep understanding of how to turn ideas and code into the perfect customer experience.

This position offers a base salary range of $130,000‑$204,000, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
