Why We’re Looking for YouFeathery is growing rapidly (over 6x YoY), and we’re expanding our engineering team to keep up with demand. We’re looking for a frontend engineer who enjoys building intuitive, performant user interfaces and wants to take ownership of product features end‑to‑end.
If you’ve spent a couple years working with React or other modern frontend frameworks, and you’re excited about solving UX challenges and contributing to a fast‑moving product team, this role is a great fit.
About the RoleAs a frontend engineer, you’ll help drive the development of our visual form builder and customer‑facing platform. You’ll work closely with product, design, and solutions teams to build features that directly improve user experience and unlock new use cases.
You’ll own meaningful parts of the product and contribute to architectural decisions as we scale. We value speed, simplicity, and a strong sense of ownership.
What You’ll Do- Design and implement new features in our drag‑and‑drop form builder and workflow platform.
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of our frontend systems.
- Work closely with product and design to create smooth and intuitive user interactions.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data models cleanly.
- Help shape frontend best practices and tooling as we scale the team.
