What You’ll Do

• Build and scale our AI agent platform and internal tools
• Own backend services, APIs, and integrations with CRMs like Service Titan
• Ship new features end-to-end—idea → prototype → production
• Optimize our real-time voice infrastructure and improve agent intelligence

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering
• Comfortable with high-velocity shipping and early-stage ambiguity
• Bonus:
  Experience with LLMs, telephony, or real-time systems
