Your Role
Remote Position – may work anywhere in the U.S.
Responsible for driving testing strategy and setting high quality standards across scrum teams. Assist engineering teams in designing and implementing overall automation and infrastructure necessary to ensure our systems meet customer expectations in reliability, scalability and performance. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Bring ideas and experiences to the table and help make a lasting impact by improving the Company’s tech stack and its product’s features.
- Work closely with product managers, other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to continuously iterate on the Company’s products and drive consensus.
- Demo work in front of the company and pair up with people from other teams. The company runs an “Innovation Sprint” at the start of every quarter where engineers can work on their own feature ideas or try out new technologies.
- Attend conferences or workshops.
- Support and mentor peers inside and outside the team.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other directly related field of study; plus 5 years (60 months) of work experience in the job offered or other closely related positions.
- Experiences may be concurrent. The employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.
$148,741 to $152,500 / YEAR USD
