Be a part of pioneering the first modern, multi-sided Global Benefits Marketplace. Every year, over $5 trillion is spent worldwide by employers and employees on benefits like health insurance and retirement savings—crucial products that guide families through some of life s most significant decisions. Despite their importance, navigating these benefits remains outdated, costly, and confusing. At Rippling, we are revolutionizing this experience by creating an innovative marketplace that effortlessly connects brokers, employers, and employees to a comprehensive range of benefits.

Our cutting-edge platform empowers the seamless discovery, purchase, and utilization of benefits products across the globe. Our benefits vertical comprises our advanced Benefits Platform (featuring intelligent recommendations, streamlined payments, and a robust benefits eligibility engine), our rapidly expanding Benefits Marketplace with over 100 partners, and our innovative, in-house Rippling Benefits Products. In this role, you’ll have a particular focus on the core systems that power our marketplace—including our benefits eligibility engine, enrollment platform, and the overall employee experience.

Rippling

• Lead and Innovate:
  Design and develop high-quality software products, managing the entire product delivery lifecycle to ensure superior outcomes.
• Engage in Complex Challenges:
  Work across diverse technical domains, including API design, event modeling, data modeling, data importing and transmission, as well as developing business logic and customer-facing features.
• Collaborate and Drive Impact:
  Facilitate cross-team collaborations, effectively integrate customer feedback into the product engineering roadmap, and drive the successful execution and delivery of solutions.

• Proven Experience:
  
  Over 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful solutions.
• Frontend Expertise:
  At least 1 year of experience with frontend technologies, with a preference for expertise in React.
