Senior Software Engineer – Product Security

Join the NVIDIA Product Security Team as a Senior Software Engineer – Product Security. In this role, you will collaborate with the Security Engineering teams and platform development teams to operationalize common security solutions across NVIDIA’s product ecosystems.

• Work with platform development teams to stand up automated security scanning, analysis, and signing pipelines.
• Act as an intermediary and guide teams on security requirements, offering vetted solutions based on build systems and repositories.
• Advocate team needs back to Security Engineering, improve platforms, and develop an overall security playbook.
• Engage directly with software developers to design security systems that enable efficient and secure development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Sec Dev Ops  or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a software development or developer operations role.
• 5+ years of confirmed software design or development operations in build/stand‑up of end‑to‑end applications, infrastructure, and automation frameworks at large scale.
• Experience implementing Python and Golang for distributed environments.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Background designing reports from scalable databases (MySQL, No
  
  SQL, or equivalent).
• Experience deploying to cloud technologies/infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for scalable, available, low‑latency systems.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and standard methodologies for the development process.
• Background in Agile SDLC.

• Understanding of dependency managers.
• Experience integrating solutions into build pipelines.
• Knowledge of vulnerability reporting through CVE.

Base salary: $136,000 – $212,750 (Level 3) or $168,000 – $264,500 (Level 4). You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
