Opportunity Overview:
Multiply is a fast‑growing, well‑funded fintech company making home ownership more accessible and affordable. We’re rethinking the incredibly manual process for originating a mortgage from the ground up to leverage AI agents that deliver a better, more cost‑effective home financing experience. We have product‑market fit + scalable go‑to‑market and now it’s time to grow our engineering team to serve many more homeowners.

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software in a collaborative agile environment
• Work closely with product and design to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code, and perform peer code reviews
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

• 1+ years of full‑stack experience developing web apps
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, and a collaborative team player
• Intrinsic drive to learn and grow
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Django, webpacker, htmx, redis, postgresql
• Heroku, AWS (EC2, S3, etc), Cloudflare
• API integrations with many fintech partners and services, such as Plaid
