Sr Producer; Games

Smore Labs is a recently funded, VC-backed stealth startup building a mobile UGC game platform where kids use AI to create, learn, and share within one unified experience. We’re seeking a Senior Producer to lead planning and delivery across Unity development, core systems, and live operations, partnering with design, engineering, and art to ship fast, safe, high-quality updates for families.

• Own end-to-end production for a small cross-functional team: roadmap, milestones, sprint rituals, risk management, and delivery.
• Coordinate gameplay, UI/UX, design, and systems work into clear releases with scoped goals, predictable schedules, and visible outcomes; maintain a steady live-ops cadence for content and updates.
• Establish crisp specs and acceptance criteria, track progress, surface risks early, unblock owners, and report status with actionable detail.
• Run playtests with kids and parents or caregivers, translate insights into priorities, and uphold accessibility and safety standards for a child audience.

• 5+ years producing games or game services with shipped mobile work and hands‑on Unity mobile experience
• Strong fluency with production tools, including worksheet and database modeling, project management, issue‑tracking, and road mapping in agile and lightweight waterfall environments
• Proven experience producing live services games with events and content drops—including end to end tracking across pipelines, moderation, incident response, and post‑launch iteration.
• Familiarity with designing for players under 13 and the privacy implications for process and launch, including parental consent and data minimization.

The salary range is $96K to $131K
