• Develop and Innovate
  :
  Create high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, adhering to best architecture and design principles.
• Code Quality
  :
  Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets rigorous non-functional requirements, including performance and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with Product and Design teams to effectively gather requirements and deliver impactful features.
• Core Component Maintenance
  :
  Contribute to the evolution and upkeep of core components and frameworks, ensuring the integrity of our codebase.
• Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between mobile applications and server-side components.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Ensure the highest quality of your code through thorough testing, including unit tests, and work closely with the QA team for integrated testing.
• Issue Resolution
  :
  Diagnose and resolve technical issues and bugs, guaranteeing the stability and security of applications.
• Mentorship
  :
  Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise in software development methodologies and frameworks to foster their growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ownership Mindset

• Extensive Experience
  : 5+ years of mobile app development experience with a proven track record of developing customer-facing products.
• Technical Proficiency

  Demonstrated experience with iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
  :
  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines specific to mobile application distribution.
• Automated Testing Experience
  :
  Hands‑on experience with mobile automated testing frameworks such as XCUITest, Appium, or Espresso.
• Preferred Experience
  :
  Background in fintech or startups is a plus.
