- Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
- Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits
- Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
- Write reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Must reside within California, with a preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno)
- Experience in continuous improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Ability to conduct site walk‑throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
- Strong analytical skills for performance analysis of industrial processes
- Excellent written communication skills for report writing
- Previous experience as an Energy Efficiency Consultant or in a related field
- Familiarity with energy management principles and practices
- Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions
- Knowledge of energy monitoring equipment and statistical analysis methods
- Proven track record of developing site improvement plans
