Full Stack Developer, Java Developer
Location: Maryland Heights
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Build, test, and optimize user interfaces using ReactJS
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement clean, efficient, and reusable code following OOP principles and best practices
- Leverage version control (Git) and CI/CD tools for development and deployment
- Write unit tests and contribute to code reviews to ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack
- Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in full stack development
- Strong experience in both backend API development and frontend UI development
- Solid foundation in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable RESTful APIs, coupled with hands‑on expertise in React
JS for building modern, responsive user interfaces - Strong working knowledge of Spring Boot and Java 8
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
- Proficiency in React
JS, including hooks, state/props, memoization, and lifecycle methods - Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including Promises, async/await, and shallow vs. deep copy
- Experience with Git version control
- Solid understanding of OOP concepts
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and continuous integration tools
- Problem‑solving skills, a deep understanding of software development fundamentals, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to team members and stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Skills:
- Telecom industry background
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to both frontend and backend performance optimization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
