As a Principal Engineer / Team Lead
, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of healthcare by developing AI systems that not only automate but anticipate and solve challenges in real-time.

You’ll lead the integration of LLMs to identify potential issues early, enhancing patient outcomes by ensuring quicker, more accurate decision-making throughout the healthcare process.

You’ll also guide and mentor a team, owning significant technical projects and making high-level architectural decisions.

• AI & Problem-Solving
  :
  Lead the development of intelligent systems that proactively detect problems in the patient journey, from intake to medication administration, using LLMs and other AI technologies.
• Backend Development
  :
  Architect and develop scalable Python/Django services that power our AI systems and automate complex workflows.
• Cloud Infrastructure
  :
  Take ownership of AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, RDS) using Terraform, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git Hub Actions.
• Reliability & Compliance
  :
  Ensure HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance, focusing on security, uptime, and system observability.
• Leadership
  :
  Mentor engineers, make key architectural decisions, and lead cross-functional projects to drive product delivery.

• Experience
  :
  Proven ability to build AI-driven products, particularly with LLMs, to solve complex, real-world problems.
• Backend Development
  :
  Expertise in Python/Django, with a focus on building scalable, high-performance services.
• Cloud & Dev Ops
  :
  Hands-on experience with AWS services, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Git Hub Actions.
• Compliance & Security
  :
  Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 standards, with a strong focus on secure, compliant coding practices.
• Leadership
  :
  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring and leading teams.
