• Design, develop, document, test, integrate, and modify software for database systems and integration of those systems with airborne electronic warfare systems.
• Develop, create, troubleshoot, and modify specialized utility programs and applications in support of real‑time systems.
• Perform hardware and software development planning in the incorporation of modifications into aviation systems.
• Study information needs; conferring with users; study system flow, data usage, and work processes; investigate problem areas; follow the software development lifecycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Help to lead and mentor other software engineers and developers to perform and assist in their duties as required.

• Education:
  
  BS or equivalent experience in a STEM field.
• Required Experience:
  
  8+ years of related experience.
• Required Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  software development, systems integration, engineering management.
• Security Clearance Level: DoD Secret Clearance.
• Required
  
  Skills and Abilities:
  
  Agile Framework, Scrum Master, collaborative teamwork, communication up/down.
• Preferred

  Naval Aviation electronic intelligence systems knowledge, database development/administration.
