Lead SDET; Hybrid

$140k - $150k (estimate)

The Lead SDET is responsible for building software, frameworks, and automation tools that ensure end-to-end confidence in applications. This role focuses on driving quality through automation, applying best coding practices, and collaborating across disciplines. The ideal candidate values continuous learning, leads by example, communicates effectively, and mentors others while guiding the team toward organizational goals. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in Los Angeles, Orange County, or Pittsburgh (Salary will be based off location).

• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve quality and deployment speed
• Analyze code flow and interactions across processes
• Document processes and recommend improvements
• Manage and track user issues; troubleshoot bugs on mobile, desktop, and web platforms
• Execute and maintain automated tests; debug scripts
• Participate in planning meetings and provide technical feedback
