An engineer who builds the product users experience directly

You'll build the moment Factagora's AI solutions actually reach legal and financial professionals. You'll translate complex technology into an intuitive product experience
, and help build the cycle where user feedback flows straight into the next release
.

• Frontend and backend feature development for AI solutions built on the Temporal Knowledge Graph
• Uncovering and implementing product improvements through user interviews and feedback analysis
• API design
  , client integration, and performance optimization
• Building and maintaining our design system and UI components
• Designing and implementing UX for the real workflows of journalists, researchers, and AI power users
• Collaborating with the Research Engineer and Data Infra teams to turn research outcomes into product features

• 2+ years of software development experience, or equivalent practical ability
• A modern frontend stack such as React, Type Script, Next.js
  , or similar
• Experience integrating with backends via REST APIs or GraphQL
• Ability to look at the product from the user's perspective and proactively surface improvements
• Experience visualizing complex information or expressing it through interaction

• Product development experience at a B2B SaaS or professional-audience service
• Experience visualizing complex data such as graphs, networks, and timelines
• Experience owning a product full-stack
  , from backend API design to frontend implementation
• Direct experience with user research or product discovery processes
• Experience quickly building and validating MVPs at a pre-Series A startup
• Strong understanding of and interest in AI or deep-tech products

• You constantly ask  what do users actually want  and build the answer in code
• You can make smart calls between technical debt and speed
• You value seeing the screens you built become part of a real professional's workflow
• You have good UX instincts even without a designer in the room
• You genuinely connect with Factagora's mission of building a trustworthy AI and information ecosystem
