The IT Developer uses a broad range of functional and technical skills toward the build‑out and integration of custom WWT applications and third‑party vendor systems and products. This position plays a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. This employee will leverage their experience to contribute and help drive complex projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality software products.

This could involve co‑leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

• Software Design and Development:
  Design, develop, and test software applications and features in accordance with requirements and standards.
• Technical Leadership:
  Start taking ownership and accountability of complex technical challenges and providing effective solutions by demonstrating a deep understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance:
  Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices, offering constructive feedback. Promote and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns within the team.
• Testing:
  Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Technical Problem‑Solving: identifying and solving complex problems, proposing innovative solutions that enhance product functionality and performance.
