Java Developer Job Overview We are seeking multiple Java Developers to support the continued development and enhancement of enterprise voice and customer interaction applications. The team has successfully completed initial pilot projects and is now expanding into the next phase of development.

This role is ideal for a mid-level Java developer with 3-4 years of experience who is eager to continue building technical expertise and growing within a collaborative engineering environment. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVCSolid Java development experience

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles

Experience with unit testing frameworks

Experience working with continuous integration (CI) tools and processes

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment

Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and solve problems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Spring Boot Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services

Experience with Git and version control best practices

Familiarity with Maven or similar build tools

Experience working with modern Java versions and frameworks

Exposure to AI-powered development and productivity tools such as Claude, Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality

Support CI/CD processes and application deployments

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and testing environments

Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development practices
