ML Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Machine Learning Solution Architect to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on traditional machine learning and cutting-edge generative AI projects within a leading AI consulting environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models, leveraging AWS, Python, Scala, and related technologies to design and develop data pipelines.

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end cloud-based machine learning production pipelines (data exploration, sampling, training data generation, feature engineering, model building, and performance evaluation).
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and enterprise-level security of solutions.
• Collaborate with the data science team to transform prototypes into new products, services, and features.
• Build and maintain data platforms for machine learning model development, ensuring data is readily available for insight generation.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support increasing data volume and complexity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and proactively suggest/implement technology and data solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and consulting across the business, leading internal teams in the application of ML techniques and practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with ML, AWS, Python, Scala, data pipelines, Spark, Snowflake, and consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing machine learning solutions at scale on AWS.
• Strong software development experience with focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Proven ability to design and implement robust data pipelines.
• Strong data modeling, data access, and data storage skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS Certified Machine Learning or similar certification is a plus.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
