EōS Fitness is seeking an energetic and highly motivated part‑time Gym Attendant. If you enjoy interacting with people, have great interpersonal skills and can relate to all levels of personalities then our club might be a fit for you! Our Gym Attendants are responsible for general cleanliness of the facility, enforcing the rules and policies, and maintaining the interior as well as the exterior of the building as needed.

While on the floor, the Gym Attendant must be flexible in performing assigned duties while monitoring general member activity to enforce safety regulations.

Deliver a conspicuously clean and orderly workout environment while engaging members.

• Takes ownership of results.
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Adapts well and quickly to various situations.
• Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills.
• Must be extremely organized.
• Able to work independently, multitask in a fast pace and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Must attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment.
• Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures, which may be updated or changed over time.
• Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems in order to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from database or email system.

• Tenure Pay

California Pay Range: $16.50—$20 USD
