This is a physically active, hands-on role perfect for people who enjoy working outside (day or night) and want to be part of a team that helps shape the mountain experience for every guest.

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time, Seasonal position with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Operating snow guns and other equipment to help produce snow across the mountain
* Setting up and moving snow making hoses and guns across varied terrain
* Working outside in all types of mountain weather — often at night
* Monitoring snow conditions and adjusting equipment as directed
* Learning how to safely operate on-mountain vehicles and machinery
* Communicating with your team and other departments throughout your shift
* Playing a vital role in building the foundation for an awesome winter season

Qualifications:

* No prior snow making experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Must be comfortable working outside in cold, wet, and physically demanding conditions
* Must be 18 or older
* Able to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, crouch, and be on your feet for extended periods
* Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Bonus if you ski or ride — but not required
