** SWD Operator
** to join our team at our
** Bourg, Louisiana
** facility.
** The Job:
*** Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
* Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
* Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
* Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
* Follow all environmental and safety protocols
* Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers
** Requirements:
*** Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
* Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
