Transdev in Woodland, Cais hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service‑oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Pay: $21.51 per hour, progression based on CBA negotiation over a 3‑year period.

Benefits include:

• Vacation: accrues at 5 days per year, up to 30 days based on service and CBA.

• Maintain cleanliness of fleet vehicles—interior and exterior.
• Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles.
• Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log all fluid levels.
• Download drive camera & probe fare boxes.
• Perform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40 prohibits Schedule I drugs including cannabis.

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, humidity; 100% of job outside, work alone in remote locations.
• Sit 6–8 hours; walk long distances, uneven surfaces.
• Push/pull up to 30 lbs; lift up to 50 lbs; bend, kneel, or crouch as needed.
• Work in heavy traffic; tolerate dust, fumes, noise.
