Simply Sweet Bakery is in search of Delivery Drivers to add to our amazing team. We are looking for someone who can bring a high‑energy, positive, get‑it‑done attitude; someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with our Amazing Customers while making bakery deliveries in an efficient, professional manner. We are open to full‑time or part‑time applicants. We have routes that are local, around 6 hours, up to all‑day routes to Dayton, Cleveland, and Columbus.

Deliveries are all accomplished on weekdays, no weekends.

• You have strong people skills and are very outgoing.
• You love to be on the open road, but also be home every evening.
• You want to be off on the weekends.
• You have strong customer service skills.
• You have a clean driving record. No CDL is required.
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You take pride in your work and the relationships you build with the customers you deliver to.

• Deliver Baked Goods to our Bakery Partners all over the State of Ohio.
• Display Products.
• Scan and rotate products.

This role requires a few essentials:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (role requires you to be physical).
• Ability to be on the road making multiple stops for at least 8 - 12 hours.
• Ability to work full‑time hours of 35-40 hrs/week, including extra hours during maximum seasonal production.

A few preferred qualities:

• Able to build neat, concise displays of products.
• Knowledgeable of Smart devices used to process deliveries (Smartphones, iPads, Scanners, etc.)

$18 hourly
