Store Delivery Expert - Operate delivery vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules and customer expectations
- Load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain customer signatures
- Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery concerns
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues
- Navigate using GPS and delivery management systems to optimize route efficiency
- Meet or exceed daily delivery targets while maintaining a clean driving record
- Represent the organization positively through courteous and professional interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven commercial driving experience
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle safety regulations
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict delivery schedules
- Familiarity with delivery management software and digital documentation systems
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
