The warehouse associate receives shipments and restocks orders, keeps track of inventory, prepares, and loads order for customers, and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.

• Perform warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods, preparing orders for shipment by accurately picking items from shelves, operating and maintaining forklift and other equipment, loading/unloading product from trucks.
• Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and other required quality assurance steps that confirm the contents of each order while tracking inventory for the company.
• Serves customers by understanding and resolving or forwarding complaints, adjusting orders.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility and work areas. Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with company policies, procedures and standards.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities. Participates in a team atmosphere.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Physical activity requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, pulling, carrying, balancing, lifting, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking and hearing.
• Must be able to use box cutter to open boxes of product. Must be able to safely operate forklift.
• Heating and Air Conditioning knowledge desired but not required.
• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Education Level: HS Diploma or higher.
• Candidates will be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
