Location: Louisiana

EXCEL Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced PVC Loader to join our team at a maintenance project site in Geismar, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading PVC materials, ensuring efficient handling and distribution within our facility. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on safety protocols, possess physical stamina, and exhibit excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Safely load and unload PVC materials from delivery trucks and storage areas.
  • Inspect incoming PVC materials for damages and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Organize and store PVC materials in designated warehouse locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to transport PVC materials within the facility.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • TWIC card required.
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work on feet for prolonged hours, walking on unlevel ground.
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts and other equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
