The personal attributes that will set you apart in our hiring process include reliability and accountability – our Operators must consistently show up for shifts on time, complete all tasks as assigned, and demonstrate dependability and trustworthiness. You should practice accountability and take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. Though Operators don’t typically work face to face with customers, they must understand the importance of warehouse operations on customer satisfaction and handle situations with composure and professionalism.

Attention to detail is key: accurately managing inventory and order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.
