Lubes Warehouse Manager

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Some overtime and weekends may be required.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience, position, and location.

Responsibilities
  • Execute loading and unloading operations.
  • Inspect and verify products before storing in the warehouse.
  • Deliver, stock, fulfill, and count inventory.
  • Keep the work area neat and organized.
  • Work with a team to ensure quality, delivery, and timeliness of orders are met.
  • Maintain and service company equipment.
  • Operate forklift to handle products and warehouse materials.
  • Operate pumps, motors and electrical devices.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established safety procedures and practices.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned by manager.
Basic Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
  • Must be local (live within 60 miles).
  • Courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate in English well enough to perform the job duties.
  • Ability to work productively without constant supervision.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift effectively.
  • Must be able to work overtime, nights, weekends.
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to exert 50–100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25–50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10–20 pounds of force constantly.
  • Ability to bend, sit, squat, stand, crawl, walk and reach above shoulder.
Preferred
  • Experience with inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and electronic order systems.
  • Experience with dehydration and filtering of oils and fuels.
  • Experience working on pumps, motors, and filtering systems.
