Shipping Clerk

Hire Level is hiring Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Earth City, MO. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk you will manage incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process. Our client is a worldwide supplier of emergency medical products, respiratory products and medical gas construction equipment. We are a leading manufacturer of Ventilators, Carbon Dioxide Absorbents, Suction Regulators/Aspirators and Medical Gas Systems for hospital and patient care in home or emergency situations.

• Receive incoming shipments verify contents and check for damaged goods.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packing orders labeling and arranging transportation
• Utilize equipment such as a pallet jack, RF scanner
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in handling materials
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and Rf scanners and order pickers
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with MRP Systems for inventory tracking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
