Warehouse Technician - 1st Shift

1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Vanguard Conversion & Fulfillment (VCF) is a premier third‑party converting and fulfillment company, providing custom slitting, laminating, sheeting, and printing solutions for B2B and B2C clients across various industries.

• Responsible for timely, quality order fulfillment; comply with policies, procedures, and quality, productivity, and delivery standards.
• Receive, sort, trail, and distribute inventory; open and pack containers for shipping/receiving.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders; verify and document quantity and condition of items.
• Assist in shipping and receiving duties, unload/load trucks, and check in merchandise.
• Mark materials with identifying information; move materials to designated storage areas.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed via the computer program; participate in physical inventory and weigh items for distribution.
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for foot and personnel traffic.
• Assemble customer orders and place orders on pallets or shelving.
• Maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks while working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed; occasionally sit, climb or balance; lift up to 20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs, and occasionally more than 100 lbs.

• Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in a warehouse environment (or three months or more of related experience or training).
