The Forklift Operator will work in multiple areas of the operation and perform a variety of tasks. This position will be working on pulling product from the reserves as well as product to the pick mods.
Forklift Operator – City of Industry, CA You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will…- Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to include Reach Lifts, Order Pickers, Turret Trucks (Swing Arm), Pacers, or Sit‑Down.
- Perform forklift put‑away, picking, and running.
- Operate on‑board computer with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner.
- Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience with Forklift and Radio Frequency (RF) scanner.
- This is an onsite and in office role.
- Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) or Extensive Pick Ticket Management (PkMS) knowledge of operational flow for inventory research on demand.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience with Order Pickers, Reach Lifts, Pacers, or 537.
- Furniture warehouse experience.
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, lift, push or pull up to 70 lbs throughout the day.
- Comfortable walking/standing throughout the day.
