Inc Supply Chain Overview

• Over 4,000 Full‑Time Associates across the Supply Chain
• 14.5M square feet of small parcel, personalization, furniture, and manufacturing space in the domestic U.S. with various distribution centers
• Large package/furniture distribution centers in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M sf plus another 1.2M sf of standalone final‑mile furniture hubs.
• Small package eCommerce distribution centers in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M sf.
• Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full‑time employees producing approximately $900 million–$1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture.
• Transportation Department for Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Rail consisting of over 30 transportation professionals in Memphis, TN.
• 700 associates in our Sourcing offices in 10 countries in Asia and Europe.

The Forklift Operator will work in multiple areas of the operation and perform a variety of tasks. This position will be working on pulling product from the reserves as well as product to the pick mods.

Forklift Operator – City of Industry, CA You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to include Reach Lifts, Order Pickers, Turret Trucks (Swing Arm), Pacers, or Sit‑Down.
• Perform forklift put‑away, picking, and running.
• Operate on‑board computer with Radio Frequency (RF) scanner.
• Keep work area safe and clean according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with Forklift and Radio Frequency (RF) scanner.
• This is an onsite and in office role.
• Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) or Extensive Pick Ticket Management (PkMS) knowledge of operational flow for inventory research on demand.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) experience with Order Pickers, Reach Lifts, Pacers, or 537.

Preferred qualities

• Furniture warehouse experience.

Physical requirements

• Ability to bend, reach, squat, lift, push or pull up to 70 lbs throughout the day.
• Comfortable walking/standing throughout the day.
