Warehouse Fulfilment Associate

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a permanent, full‑time Warehouse Fulfilment Associate in Hazelwood, Missouri.

• Hourly Pay: $21.23/hour
• Shift Pay (2nd Shift): $1.00/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote, and stage products; load and unload trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record.
• High initiative and accuracy, even under pressure.
• Ability to lift/pull/push up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adhere to health and safety methods.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
