In this essential role, you'll be the backbone of our operations—receiving, inspecting, staging, and delivering CI Select's furniture and related products. WhatYou'll Do
- Champion Company Culture: Live out CI Select’s core values—Give It Your All, Enjoy Doing It, Grow Together, Inspire Confidence, and Take Ownership—in every aspect of your work.
- Execute Warehouse Operations: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure products are properly tagged and stored. Pull, stage, and assemble products for shipment, delivery, or installation, making sure everything is ready for our customers.
- Support Inventory Control: Help enforce inventory procedures—no product leaves the warehouse without proper documentation. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and packaging returned or shipped goods.
- Deliver and Transport Products: Review daily delivery schedules and routes, operate company vehicles safely, and ensure all delivery equipment is ready to go. Obtain recipient signatures and handle returned products with care.
- Promote Safety and Teamwork: Adhere to company safety guidelines and warehouse best practices. Support other team members and departments with a positive, team-first attitude.
- Maintain a Professional Image: Wear your CI Select uniform with pride and help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

- Educational Background: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One or more years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid state issued driver's license required. Valid state issued Class E Chauffeurs license required (or must be obtained). Must have proof of automobile liability insurance.
