The Lead Warehouse Worker is responsible for leading a production line of Warehouse Worker who will select, bundle and organize products in preparation for loading and delivery to clients. Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes ownership and responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and stock.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• At least two (2) years’ experience in warehouse/commissary operation, including the physical control and movement of inventory preferred.
• Must have hired, coached, concluded employees.
• Must have reasoning ability to solve basic, practical problems and understand a variety of instructions
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• Respond well under pressure
• Good understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations
• Previously/Currently managed 10+ employees is REQUIRED
• Conduct morning meeting with arena staff to communicate daily needs.
• Assist with training staff.
• Communicate with management the daily receiving/staffing needs.
• Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to management in a timely manner with written documentation.
• Responsible for assisting with general upkeep of arena/areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs OR MORE is REQUIRED
• Counterbalance Forklift Experience is REQUIRED
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel) REQUIRED
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6 am - 2:30 pm
